Established in 2018, Kaleido Shoots is a photo and video company founded by Lucy Le Brocq and V Teo. Since 2026, KS has been run solely by V Teo.

V is a queer, non-binary photographer and videographer based in Brighton UK, with a deep love for documentary storytelling. With a background in Design and Visual Arts, their work is bold, raw, and candid, centred on unposed, anti-cliché imagery with a strong sense of experimentation.

Kaleido Shoots focuses primarily on events, performances, portraits, and lifestyle photography, and has built an extensive archive of queer imagery spanning nightlife, live performances, and community-led events.
